anyone have thoughts/opinions on the below betas:

132 16dp3dt (doubling time 140 hrs)
196 18dp3dt (doubline time 85 hrs) - this was friday. when i talked to re on friday he said that we want to rule out ectopic so i went in today for more blood and u/s. on the u/s they couldnt see anything in the uterus or ourside (saw somethign that may be a small sac inside). re said that its unlikely that this is ectopic, but likely not a viable pregnancy - best chance is 15%
so bloodwork came back in and beta is at 736 (21dp3dt) thats a doubling rate of 32 which is really high. so i have no idea what to think now. i was totally prepared for this to be a loss and to have to do a whole fresh cycle again, but now is there hope? (i really dont want to get my hopes up)
